Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) is a “traffic management” ecosystem for uncontrolled operations. In order to manage uncontrolled drone operations at low altitudes, UTM development will ultimately identify services, roles and responsibilities, information architecture, data exchange protocols, software functions, infrastructure, and performance requirements (FAA). When drones experience GPS jamming, UTMs are unable to continue monitoring them, are no longer capable of controlling operations and remote ID is lost. Therefore, collisions are easily made, there is loss of position and loss of control from the central control. Our infiniCloud provides a layer of security through signal/data intelligence. This cloud software monitors real-time GNSS data using infiniDome’s GPSensor and provides alerts and early detection of jamming. GPS jamming detection must be a resource for UTMs to ensure a safe drone ecosystem and the freedom to fly with less liability.
